My Experience
I’M A CERTIFIED TEACHER & LEARNING SPECIALIST
I’m a certified teacher here in BC and graduated from Uvic. I have been employed as a Learning & Development Specialist, staff trainer and curriculum/course creator, and have knowledge and experience around adult learning theory. I’m a seasoned facilitator and have created and led workshops, team days, and community of practice groups.
A SEASONED FACILITATOR
I have worked with staff and leaders at all levels to provide timely training opportunities, learning and development needs opportunities, set unique and rewarding development and career goals. I am known for my ability to successfully connect, motivate and support individuals and teams. Throughout my career with the BC Public Service I have designed, developed and launched a wide array of learning and development programs such as a Supervisor Training Series, Future Leaders Program, Competency Club and Facilitator’s Community of Practice.
I’M CERTIFIED IN THE RESILIENCE AT WORK TOOLKIT
I have completed my certification in the Resilience at Work (R@W) Toolkit.
